4 Star Philosophy

The 4 Star Tennis Program is a carefully designed and implemented approach to the total tennis game. Our program is structured so as to create a balance between skill development, competition, fun and camaraderie that enables juniors and adults to develop a healthy and successful relationship to competitive tennis. A combination of fed ball drills, live ball drills, competitive drills, match play, and physical conditioning permits each student to develop the necessary technical, tactical, physical and mental skills to reach their full potential.
